  • Remote digital sales and service role with 1-800 Contacts.
  • Starting base pay is $15.00 per hour, plus bonus potential of up to $6 per hour.
  • Answer 2 to 3 incoming customer chats at once, roughly 40 chats per eight-hour shift or more.
  • Consult customers on the best value for their contact lens purchases on each call.
  • Reply to incoming emails or MMS messages from customers as business needs require.

  • Shifts run in the afternoons and evenings.
