Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of wfhfairy.com. By using the site you agree to them.

1. The service

wfhfairy curates work-from-home job leads. Leads point to external employers; we don't guarantee a job, an interview, or that any listing is still open. Always apply on the employer's own site.

2. Membership & billing

• New members get a 7-day free trial; after the trial the monthly membership fee ($7.77/month) is charged until you cancel.
• Joining with a referral code skips the free trial: you are charged $7.77 straight away and the following month is free. This applies to any member's code, including the WFH Fairy's own.
• Free months stack and are applied to your account when claimed.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; failing payments may end access.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; existing members keep the price they signed up at until cancel/renewal changes apply per the plan rules shown at signup.

3. Referrals & rewards

• Every member has one referral code, which is their username. Share it and a friend can enter it when they sign up.
• A code can also be added after signing up, from the dashboard, within 24 hours of creating the account and while the account is still on the free trial. Adding it ends the trial and starts the first $7.77 charge, with the following month free.
• A referral counts once the person you referred has signed up with your code, verified their email, and paid their $7.77. A free trial does not count.
• Each counted referral gives the referrer one extra giveaway-wheel entry, a redeemable one-month-free code, and 30 days of unlimited tailored resumes. Wheel entries are capped at seven referrals (eight entries including the entry every member gets).
• Whoever uses a code gets the following month free, so both sides win. The WFH Fairy's own code carries none of the referrer rewards above and works for any number of people, but the person who uses it gets the same free month as any other code.
• A member who joined on a referral code can still refer others and earn rewards, including free months on top of any they already have.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the chat, harass members, spam, or scrape aggressively.
• Don't attempt to break or bypass the site or its payments.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Giveaways

A giveaway runs once a month, closing on the 24th at 7:00 PM ET unless announced otherwise. Giveaway entries are offered to eligible members. Members who have counted referrals hold one extra entry per referral. Winners are drawn at random at the announced time. Prizes are as described (e.g. $50 Amazon e-Gift Card). Winners are notified by email; prizes may be re-gifted or passed on as described in the winner notice. Employees of wfhfairy (and the owner account) are not eligible to win.

6. No employment guarantee

wfhfairy is a lead-curation site. Employers make all hiring decisions. We are not a party to any application or job offer.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, wfhfairy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from applying to listed jobs.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; significant changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
