wfhfairy.com ("wfhfairy", "we", "us") helps people discover work-from-home job leads. This policy explains what information we collect, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

• Account info when you sign up or become a member: email address, a username you choose, and any profile details you add (such as a short about-me and optional resume uploads for the tailored resume feature).
• Payment info if you subscribe: we use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your card number; Stripe does, under its own privacy policy.
• Email subscriptions: if you opt in to email digests, we keep your address so we can send them.
• Giveaway entries: we record entries for the $50 Amazon e-Gift Card giveaway, including your email for winner notification. If you have counted referrals you hold extra entries, and we record how many.
• Referral data: your referral code, which member (if any) referred you, and the status of each referral you make - including whether the person you referred has verified their email and paid their $7.77, since that is what makes a referral count.
• Reward records: any free month applied to your account and when it runs to, so the same reward is never granted twice.
• Chat & community content you post in the Fairy Lounge.
• Basic analytics: anonymous page-view and interaction counts so we can improve wfhfairy (no personal data in analytics events).

2. How we use it

• Provide membership, job leads, chat, the giveaway and referrals.
• Send emails you asked for (digests, prizes, account notices).
• Process subscriptions and billing through Stripe.
• Keep the site safe: rate limiting, bans, and abuse prevention.

3. What we share

We do not sell your data. We share only what's needed for the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and service providers that host wfhfairy. We may disclose information where required by law.

4. Push notifications

Push notifications are device-level; your browser manages the subscription and you can turn them off anytime in your device settings or profile.

5. Emails & opt-out

Every marketing/digest email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed. Membership-related emails (password resets, billing) are not marketing and will still be sent.

6. Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Analytics events are periodically trimmed (60 days). You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

7. Children

wfhfairy is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
