Remote eligible role with Best Buy, working virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
Answer calls from Best Buy Health customers and help them activate their wireless devices and accessories.
Process activations and answer questions while keeping a friendly, helpful tone.
Respond to a high volume of inbound calls with accurate information about products and services.
Recommend products, plans and services based on each customer's needs.
Meet performance goals and keep up with all Best Buy Health wireless products, pricing plans and promotions.
Six months or more of customer service, call centre or sales experience preferred.
