Pays $19.00 to $22.00 per hour.
Answer a high volume of inbound calls from patients, doctors' offices and private insurance carriers.
Make outbound calls to resolve open patient accounts and customer enquiries.
Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances.
Use multiple resources while on the phone, and become proficient with the processes after structured training.
Three or more years of healthcare call centre experience required.
